Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued more invitations to apply (ITA) through the Express Entry system.
The immigration department issued 1,000 ITAs in a draw for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates.
To be considered in this draw, candidates needed to have:
A minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 533.
Today's draw marks the fifth CEC draw in a row to feature a CRS cut-off score of 533 or 534, and issue 1,000 ITAs. IRCC has kept this pattern for CEC draws since the start of August this year.
Of note, however, is that today's CEC draws breaks with the previously established pattern of holding one CEC draw roughly every four weeks, which IRCC has kept to between July and October of this year. The CEC draw previous to this one occurred just over two weeks ago on October 28.
Today's draw is the second of November and follows a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on November 10, a French language proficiency draw on October 29, and the previously mentioned CEC draw on October 28.
Thus far, IRCC has issued 82,223 ITAs through the Express Entry system in 2025.
Express Entry draws this year have primarily focused on PNP draws, with the remainder of Express Entry ITAs dedicated to CEC candidates, candidates with French-language proficiency, and those in the Express Entry priority occupation categories:

Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) | 21 |
Canadian Experience Class (CEC) | 12 |
